Dr. Manon, PMHNP-BC, has built her career in the field of mental health and psychiatry, with clinical experience dating back to 2017 in the care of patients with complex needs—both medical and mental health related. Throughout her career, she has worked in demanding healthcare environments—including the Fort Lauderdale Behavioral Health Center, medical-surgical (MedSurg) units, critical care, oncology, and progressive care units (PCU)—where she developed a solid foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care. Her extensive clinical background, combined with her recent PMHNP-BC credential, reflects her commitment to advancing mental health treatment and improving the well-being of the individuals she serves.
